    April 15, 2018 at 7:18 pm

    Laird 115
    Savage 99
    Finlayson 90
    Murray 85
    Gibbs 113
    Cogs 121
    Parker 114
    Banfield 75
    Gawn 127
    McLean 91
    Gray 117
    Taranto 120

All terrific scores. Still only got 1967. Managed to move up into the top 30000 for the first time this year. How messed up is this season.

  2. The Spud

    April 15, 2018 at 7:18 pm

    Team Name: The Spudtaculars
    Round 4 Scores: 2009
    League Results: W
Studs: Laird, Finlayson, Murray, Cog, Taranto, JOM, Gawn, English(Bench)
    Duds: Titch :( Sloane, Holman
    On the Chopping Block: Sloane
Vent/Brag/Whatever: Almost went sloane instead of zerrett for cog.

  3. Woolly Mammoth

    April 15, 2018 at 7:21 pm

    Team Name: Elfstream
    Round 4 Scores: 1840
    League Results: WL
    Studs: Seedsman, Tuohy, Gawn
Duds: Murphy!!!!! Wingard, Holman, Lyons, Mitchell (although it seems churlish to say it)
On the Chopping Block: WIngard, Barry
Vent/Brag/Whatever: Had the E on Barry during the week and didn’t know he was dropped until too late. Thought I’d be ok until Murphy crapped himself. Billings to Menegola was a win, Beams to Lyons was a waste of space.

  4. TheMaggot

    April 15, 2018 at 7:24 pm

    Team Name: TheMaggots
    Round 4 Score: 1991
    League Results: WWWWWWW
Studs: Laird, Cogs, Parker, Neale, Zerrett, JOM, Gawn
Duds: Simpson, SicDog, Titch(C), Holman, Goldy, Billings, Fritsch
On the chopping block: Billings and Sicily
Vent/Brag/Whatever: Last week I took the C off Titch because I thought a tag would affect his scoring and he made me look stupid and then I said I’ll never take it off him again and now he’s made me look stupid again! God this game angers me!

  5. Justin11

    April 15, 2018 at 7:28 pm

1930. Worst score of the year by a long way. Dropped at least 200 places to be outside the top 500.
Many players under-performed, some were dreadful. Wish I had four trades next week.

  6. skwunk

    April 15, 2018 at 7:42 pm

Team Name: The Cool Cat Crew
    Round 4 Scores: 1957

Studs: Laird, Cogs, Finlayson, Murray, O’Meara, Gawn, Gray
Duds: Titch, Holman, Lloyd, Waterman, Cripps
On the Chopping Block: Cripps and Lloyd
Vent/Brag/Whatever: By far my worst score of the year, dropped less than I thought, from 191 to 247. Also very disappointed that Danger got rested for most of the last quarter, thought he was going to be able to get me to 2000 with his incredible first quarter.

    Duds: Simpson, Holman, Waterman
On the Chopping Block: Holman, Brayshaw, Waterman, Fritsch
Vent/Brag/Whatever: First sub-2000 score for the season and still rose ~1000 places in ranking. Looking forward to hopefully upgrading an under performing rookie.

  10. CC

    April 15, 2018 at 8:14 pm

I backed myself and made some sideways trades which set me back, I captained Lyons, almost deleted the app, but was presently surprised in an increase in ranking. So I’ll put my error down to a learning experience and start focusing on round 5

  11. The Mammajam

    April 15, 2018 at 8:14 pm

    Team name ; THE MAMMAJAM
    round 4 score : 1878

Studs: laird , seedman, finlayson, parker, Gawn, Taranto
Duds: titch Lloyd , Cripps, Hunter , Holman , flogarty.
Vent /brag /whatever : MENAGOLA!!! Had from the start trades round 3 and looks like he’s coming back .. sticking the old strategy buy high sell low .

Actually moved up in total ranking to 11000🤙🏼

  12. Crazed Turkey

    April 15, 2018 at 8:16 pm

    Team Name: Crazed Turkey
    Round 4 Scores: 1976
    League Results: W
Studs: Murray, Laird, Yeo, Finlayson, Gibbs, Coniglio, Banfield, O’Meara, Gawn, English, McLean, Greene and Smith.
Duds: Lloyd, Simpson, Dow, Holman, Brayshaw, Christenson and Fritch.
On the Chopping Block: Dow, Holman, Brayshaw and Fritsch
Vent/Brag/Whatever: What can I do? Traded out Fyfe W1, held Dow W2, brought in Simmo W3, Venables gets injured W4… This game hates me.

    • Crazed Turkey

      April 15, 2018 at 8:18 pm

Ranked 8058 now, so for me, this week was a blessing. Crawling my towards the top 5000.

  13. Jeszae

    April 15, 2018 at 8:21 pm

    Team Name: Norseman Vikings
    Round 4 Scores: 1993
Studs: Yeo, Gawn, R.Gray, Laird, Parker, Dusty, Franklin, S.Martin
    Duds: Holman, Waterman, Doedee,
On the Chopping Block: Billings, Brayshaw
Vent/Brag/Whatever: I am standing by my word that even if Billings had a epic score I will be getting rid of him. I had a feeling he would score a bit decent against the Cats so his price should go up abit giving me more cash to spend before his price drops again against GWS/Hawks in his up coming matches. Brayshaw good rookie but his not improving and I would like to use Billings for a Prem in the Midfield.

  14. Leeroy

    April 15, 2018 at 8:35 pm

    Team Name: Pork Soda
    Round 4 Scores: 2107
    League Results: W

Studs: Laird, Gibbs, Parker, Jaeger, Coniglio, Seedsman, Gawn, Taranto, Mundy

    Duds: Holman, Brandon Ellis

On the Chopping Block: Brandon Ellis, I wanted to get rid of him this week for Seedsman til Armitage was dropped. On a positive note I wanted Seedsman that bad I decided to put him in the midfield for Armitage and shift him back later

Vent/Brag/Whatever: Ranked 218, Awesome start to the year

    • JungleMuffin

      April 15, 2018 at 10:36 pm

I’ve got Ellis too mate and was also looking at trading him out last week until Ryan going down forced a change in plans.

Still want him out, but he’s dropped so far that he’s priced only slightly higher than what he’s been averaging. At this stage, I think keeping him is going to be the better option, as you’re just consolidating the loss and also using a trade up that you could be cashing in a rookie with.

Wait until you’ve got a week where he’s injured/dropped/suspended or you have absolutely nothing else to use the trade on, or wait for a better ooint in his price cycle.

      • Leeroy

        April 15, 2018 at 11:12 pm

Well I had a bit of cash from last week’s trades plus going fritsch to Guelfi means I can go Ellis to Hurley. Hurley looks a safe option, averaged 90s last year and same again this year. I was hopeful Ellis might return to form/role of a couple years ago, but not looking good.

I’m a big believer in not making reactionary trades but he has scored like this last year too. My theory of getting him in was worse case scenario he would hold his price, best case scenaio improve over last year close to the good ole days. Well somehow he is losing money and doing WORSE than last year.
. Experiment is over, I’m going with a keeper now instead of the mid priced gamble.

This trade improves my side so it’s worth it in my opinion….but hey I’m sure an injury or omission will result in me having him for longer :)

Ive held Murphy & ZGL thinking they would be back quickly, good to know there is plenty of rookie options to swap them to to keep the $$ coming in.
